In person coaching enables a deep connection through a direct interaction, and creates the conditions for a very efficient coaching session.

Phone coaching gives excellent results in particular when we have already met in person. It is a convenient way to work from where you are in the world, without loosing time in transportation.
- Best when combined with live coaching sessions
- Same conditions than in person, but lower rates.
- Email coaching
Emails are very convenient and allow the client to step back and refocus. We use it combined with our sessions, but also as the main medium with some of our clients, and with excellent results.
