From her Miami hometown, Odile is dedicated to serve professionals from all around the world to thrive, improve their performances and find a deep satisfaction in their job.

Odile was born and raised in Paris, France. She obtained her MBA of Finance and International Economics from the University Paris 9 Dauphine. During 18 years, he held several executive positions in international large corporations in sales, marketing, and communications, primary in the banking and finance industry. She has been for 7 years Director of internal communications in an 18,000 people Corporate and Investment bank in Paris.
This position allowed her to deeply understand the complexity of relationships in the corporate environment, as well as the importance of establishing a clear and strong leadership.
She learned how to deal with conflicts and political issues, which are typical challenges in large corporations.
She worked with very different people and staff members, CEO, Executives, middle-managers, operational and functional. She helped executives clarify and explain their strategy and vision. Her mission was also to help employees keep their motivation and a common purpose in constantly changing environments, with mergers, new executive teams, crisis. She worked closely with HR on those topics and created a variety of tools, from the corporate internal newspaper, to various format of internal seminars and team buildings meetings at all levels.
She observed that the more aligned employees are with who they really are, the more they thrive. When their company gives them the opportunity to express their talents, they become self driven and motivated.
From that experience she decided that she wanted to help others create the type of professional life that they really want, and help companies create the conditions for their employees to thrive.
She became Certified Coach with IPEC Coaching - Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching - in 2009 and founded her coaching company, "differentcoaching". She is a member of the International Coaching Federation -ICF-. She is also Member of the Board of the ICF South Florida Chapter where she serves as VP of marketing and PR.
She now serves clients from very different backgrounds and needs, but with somewhat the same objective: explore new possibilities.
When asked: "why a different coaching?", she says "I don't have any recipe. I don't push any technique. I try to see first where the client is."
